Return Process

2. Receive approval and return instructions from support.
3. Ship the product with original packaging and all accessories.
4. After inspection, refund is issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Cost

Quality-related returns are covered by us. For non-quality returns, shipping cost may be deducted from the refund depending on destination and carrier fees.

Refund Handling

Once the returned item passes inspection, refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days according to payment-provider processing timelines.
